Chrysalis is a Southampton based charity, which provides counselling and emotional support to trans, non-binary and questioning people, as well as their friends and families.

PRiDE OUT is a cycling group for LGBT+ people with regional groups across the UK. Everyone is welcome regardless of age, ethnicity, sexuality, gender identity, bike or ability.
