Join Paeton McGuire as they cycle 1000 miles from Land’s End to John O’Groats, traversing the length of the country, taking a positive, inclusive and unifying approach to awareness of transgender issues across Britain.
You can read about the story behind the Tour in Paeton’s Blog
The Tour de Trans is also a means of raising funds to support Chrysalis in the essential work it does, celebrating life, something to look and work towards on the other side of now.
This is an inclusive project, open to all transgender people, their friends, family and allies – whether currently involved with Chrysalis or not.
We will need lots of support, and there are many ways to get involved:
- Taking part in one of the RideAlong Events
- Attending one of the Ancillary Events and cheering riders along
- Riding all or part of one or more stages (individually or as a team)
- Driving a support vehicle, logistical support, route planning, and even massaging tired legs!
C-19: The Tour de Trans and all associated activities will take place in compliance with relevant social conduct and group activity laws and guidelines applicable at the time. This means that, while we hope it will not be necessary, planned activities may be subject to changes at short notice and the Tour and related activities will accordingly need to be flexible, scalable and adaptable.
