We work really closely with our local Police Force and LAGLO teams. They play a vital part in helping the LGBTQ+ community and with us as a 3rd party Hate Crime reporting centre.
Could you consider a role with our Hampshire force?
Police officers and staff are protecting the NHS and saving lives. Helping people is something we do every day. We need to ensure that we can continue to do this effectively in the years ahead and so over the coming months Hampshire Constabulary will be continuing to recruit widely as part of the Government drive to have 20,000 more police officers.
Our new police officer recruitment campaign starts at 2pm on Tuesday 7th April. The closing date is set for Thursday 30th April at 23:55, however we may bring the closing date forward and you may find the vacancy has closed for application submissions, even if you have started one. We therefore recommend you submit your application as soon as possible.
We offer a varied and secure role, and the highest starting salary of any force in the region. You wouldn’t need to start until late 2020 at the earliest, and our recruitment is entirely online in the early stages meaning you can stay safe as you go through the application process.
Our Positive Action team is available to provide support through the application and assessment process by contacting: firstname.lastname@example.org. You can contact us at any time, whether we are actively recruiting for a particular role or not.
If you’re successful, you’ll get to do something that really matters. You’ll work in one of our brilliant teams to deliver safer communities. It’s a tough but rewarding job and we work hard to ensure we give every member of the team the genuine support they need to succeed.
