How your donation helps

Because of our fantastic team we are currently able to support over 150 regular group members each month and have opened a second Wellbeing DropIn in Southampton.

There are so many things you can do to help support Chrysalis. Whether it’s making a donation or using give as you live to get other companies to donate to us when you shop with them

Want to set up a regular donation? Contact for our bank account details and to receive a gift aid form. If you are a UK taxpayer then we can claim a whopping 25% on top of that from the government.

As a small charity Chrysalis really notices every and all donations, there is no such thing as a small donation to us. We value every penny you give us and it all goes straight back into providing our support services. Changing lives, breaking down the barriers of isolation and enabling people to become their “real me”.
